Return & Exchange Policy

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. Customised, altered, or intimate wear items are non-returnable. Exchanges are free — we'll ship the replacement at no extra charge.

Go to My Account → My Orders, select the order, and click Request Return. Alternatively, email us at support@ankloom.com with your order number and reason. We'll arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

Exchanges: Completely free
Returns (refund): Flat ₹100 logistics fee deducted from refund
Defective/wrong items: Free return and full refund, no deductions

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from your account dashboard. For COD orders, you can refuse delivery. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — please initiate a return after delivery.

Contact us immediately upon delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and the packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund within 24 hours.
